Runtime parity and local fidelity

Cloudflare Native Chat enforces runtime parity between the repo-local Worker and deployed staging before a release is considered promotable.

The local bootstrap regenerates staging-shaped environment files, validates the runtime contract on port 4311, and compares release, capabilities, model catalog, and web search behavior against live staging.

When managed Cloudflare AI Search public endpoints are used for search, local and remote validation can share the same Cloudflare-managed backend without exposing any developer machine to the Internet.
