Cloudflare Native Chat overview

Cloudflare Native Chat is a Cloudflare-native chatbot built with Agents SDK, Workers, Workers AI, R2 uploads, AI Search knowledge retrieval, and a release process that treats provenance and runtime parity as first class requirements.

The application supports authenticated chat, file uploads, knowledge retrieval from Cloudflare AI Search, staging-faithful local development, and deploy certification through smoke checks, audits, and release manifests.

Search functionality in this deployment can be backed by Cloudflare AI Search public endpoints so the same Cloudflare-managed infrastructure is available to both remote Workers and local staging-faithful validation.
